how to run the app.js and the MessageController.cs together in the same localhost after running the project in google chrome.

For now, i need to run MessagerController.cs using localhost on google chrome and run the app.js using another localhost the node.js command prompt. I can't run the app.js and the MessageController.cs together in the same localhost in the bot framework channel emulator. Is there a way to connect the app.js and MessagerController.cs together into the same localhost when i run the project using google chrome without running node.js command prompt.
