How to configure Angularjs 2, Webpack for running npm start in PHPStorm

I use PHPStorm that it is more powerful than WebStorm. I run npm start in the IDE but I have to install via npm some packages globally that they are necessary for Angular2 CLI and Webpack. Please, help me.
