How do I put a message limit in a channel?

I was thinking if in discord.js, you can put a message limit in a channel. Example: You get a role, and with that role you have permission to enter a specific channel. Then, if you send more than 50 messages to that channel, the role gets deleted to you, so you cannot enter that channel. Is that possible?
