Nginx: Proxy an API connection

I want to use Shutterstock API in my website, but access it via my country's IPs is not possible;

the api works in this way: user type the keyword and the client make a request to shutterstock api to retrieve the images, and the images's link is belong to shutterstock itself so they not accessible too, how can i config nginx to proxy the client requests and even proxy the img links?

server: CentOS 7 & Nginx Webserver

server-side language: Nodejs
