How to load Bootstrap files in template folder without referencing like href etc

anybody know that how to load bootstrap in template folder, while all the files of bootstrap out of template folder. Without referencing how i can use bootstrap in template folder, as in template folder i started coding after tag. i am using angular 1, gulp and Node ('Express'). thanks
