How can I read an mp3 file which is saved in my computer outside my project using node, express?

My files(mp3) are saved outside the project folder.I want to read those files and find them from my computer using node and express.Is there any way i can do that?And if so, Please guide me how to do this.I don't want to use mongo here.I am using ionic2 and angular2.
