Nodejs webpack --watch error

i want to use this plug-in; https://github.com/jaredly/treed and i have tried "Build instructions". Here is "Build instructions"

npm install
cd demo
webpack --watch

I installed node.js but when i am coming "webpack --watch" line. I am getting the error in the picture. any advices ?
