I am trying to create my own custom docker file for circleci v2. however, I am running into an issue where the postgres server is not running. I've run service postgresql start
to no available.
the message I'm getting is:
psql: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
Dockerfile:
FROM ubuntu:16.04
