how to execute javascript without a browser?

I have javascript code, and this code create some http connection and listen to them. When the code receive message from the listening connection then it generate events. this work pretty well inside a browser, but my goal it's to run this outside a browser and send the event (when received) to my delphi app. how can i do this ?
