How can I send a mail to Primary by default when sending through Amazon SES, and using nodemailer for sending the mail?

I'm sending bulk mails to people using SES, by nodemailer library. But by default mail goes either to Update or Promotional tabs in Gmail, which makes me unsure of whether it might go to Spam also in some of the mail service providers. How do I insure that mail is sent in Primary tab of the Gmail, or that user gets the mail instead of mail going to Spam or other tab?
