I am trying to use the ACRCloud web API for a school project. I have followed the npm package example. I have my server running and accepting requests but i keep getting this response msg":"Can't generate fingerprint","code":3015,"version":"1.0" the documentation reiterates this msg with no details as to what the problem could be. I'm sending my request via an ionic 1 app and encoding the the audio via btoa. I'm a noob and getting this far has been an adventure but this is an error i can't find anything about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
