MERN (MongoDB, Express, React and Node) Hosting

I am across a requirement wherein I am supposed to prepare a MERN Solution. There are 2 big challenges for me as I am completely new to this.

1. What hosting architecture is needed for this?
2. Any tutorials or references that help in developing solution?
