Delete item in CRUD, Always I have refresh the page to see the deleted item

I am implementing a Zoo, page that users can give a comment to a specific animal in the page.As the comment and Animal are associated to each other, I managed to delete the animal and its associated comment.

But when I try to delete the comment itself, It will be deleted from mongoDB(I checked it), but The page is not updated immediately unless I refresh the page.
