What would be the better combination for Backend Development?

I want to develop a web application that will do CRUD operation then It will shows data as JSON format using API. (It will not be a large application)

I will access those JSON data using Front End Platform or Mobile Application.

Can you suggest me any Framework which one would be better for Back End Development (Consider: Simple, Easy to Generate JSON data using api,Web Server Cost and Web resource) ?

eg. Spring Hibernate (Java), Ruby on Rails, Laravel, Node.JS or ......any other.
