MEAN application deployed on IIS not able to access using IP address

We have a developed a application using MEAN.

Its deployed on azure, its running fine.

Now, we have deployed it on IIS. This is Windows 10 Machine.

So we are able to access the withing system or outside system by using hostname added in hostfile. Ex abc.com/Login --> its working, here abc.com added in host file.

But application not accessible using IP address, even on machine where application deployed there also its not running using IP address.

Firewall also off, so there is something we are missing.

Please let us know we stuck on it.
