Is it possible to use Google API tokens from PHP in NodeJS?

I have an app written in PHP which uses Google API. I need to do some stuff in back-end and immediately throw results to the browser. I decided to use for it NodeJS (Socket.IO).

So my question is: is it possible to use tokens received through PHP use in NodeJS to make requests. Or somehow transfer from PHP to NodeJS in background without user interactions.
