Im trying to start a service to provide free wifi in a few nearby cafes using the existing hardware i have( multiple ubuntu based servers, routers, etc)
Each cafe will have its ubuntu server with nodeJs running on a port that provides internet access
Ive finished configuring the routers to tether internet connection from the server so that isnt an issue.
The problem is that i cant figure out how to generate ad revenue from these as i cannot append my ads to secure HTTPS webpages (i was trying to edit the body tag and append my advertisement script to the end of them)
Is there any other way to do this? or should i create a login based captive page so the user views ads to generate minutes they can access my website for?
