Identify node.js causing 100% cpu usage on process heavy data

my node.js prcocess heavy data around a foreach loop doing read and write in mongo it will 100% of cpu utilization and around 1 gb ram at the time of node process heavy data anybody have suggessins? please help thanksenter image description here
