How can Node, Python, and other utilities be setup on BOTH Windows 10 AND with the "Ubuntu on Windows" (Linux Subsystem) to NOT conflict with each other? Since "Ubuntu on Windows" will not run a graphical IDE or the Docker Engine, these must be setup on the Windows side. Many processes used by the IDEs will REQUIRE Node and Python to be setup on Windows 10 for their use. HOWEVER, "Ubuntu for Windows" will find Windows executables!
So, how we can install both versions... the version needed for Windows AND "Ubuntu on Windows"... without the two conflicting with each other?
