URL access in angularjs 1

I am using angularJs ngroute and one of my url is "localhost/users/profile/123", the 123 is user id or may be the username, Can anyone help me to resolve the issue. The issue is I can not check the current user from URL in the route, page loads. So user can access the another users page. So may I know how to check current logged in user and url user is same or not.
