File or directory does not exists while file exists window

I am getting an error like : No such file or directory while file exists. This file is being used in nodejs project. While i am not getting such error in linux. Only in window 8 i am facing such issue. Here is file path : C:\xamp\htdocs\Maverick\my-projects\test-project\config\ssl\server.key

Can anyone tell whats wrong with that ?
