VSCode Insider, debug both javascript and c# code same session?

I am working with edge in node and have javascript code calling c# code. The javascript runs in debug mode but it would make live wonderful if the called c# code ran in debug too. I swear I read somewhere that VSCode Insider had that capacity but can not find the read again. Does anybody have a friendly pointer to an article or a how to? Much appreciated.
