I've made a Facebook Messenger Chatbot for my company that provides them to our clients who can use them for their businesses. We've been instancing them separately for each client, so each client would get their own instance of the chatbot app (in nodejs, on our servers) and their own dedicated Facebook App for the Chatbot. We went that route because it seemed safer for our clients. Due to the increasing amount of vendors we have that would be using the same chatbot version, we would like to start daisy chaining the vendors together for those chatbot version.
What would be the best way to accomplish this? Have a single bot that would directly differentiate the clients itself, or keep the client nodejs apps separate and have a single bot that would connect to their FB pages and then redirect the messages to the client nodejs apps? Or something else entirely?
This is not something I've done before so I could use some tips and best practice guidance.
Thanks!
