Signing emails with DKIM in Meteor

I use the built-in functionality in Meteor to send enrollment emails and password reset emails:

• Accounts.sendEnrollmentEmail(...)
• Email.send(...)

Meteor uses MailComposer to send emails, and this package supports email signing. But how can I configure a DKIM private key in Meteor so that my emails get signed?
