Node.js / What API should I use for Youtube Live Chat

Although I've done few Node.js projects, I am relatively new to this Node.js thing.

I would like to make simple Youtube Live bot that can read/send messages and even manage (like put user in timeout/ban) Youtube live chat.

I am wondering which API I should use.
