My project is taking too long to load on angular fullstack v2.1.1

I have made a new project and now I have completed it.My only concern with it is that it is taking too long to load on certain times.The version of angular fullstack I am using is v2.1.1 Below is my bower.json:

I think there is some versioning issue because of which it is taking a long time to process. This is the console I get for minimum 2mins before the project gets loaded:
