Looking to make chat lobby/party group in electron app (similar to Looking for group on WoW)

I'm creating a chat lobby/party system in electron where people can sign up and it can hold information like username, age, gender etc.

• if creating group, able to set max amount of people able to join lobby
• make conditions where people have to be certain age+, gender, etc to join.
• if joining group, sends request to creator of group, owner can accept/decline request

This concept is really similar to Looking for Group on WoW in certain way...

My question, how would I go about doing this in electron? What other things I will need for this? Really sorry for vague/broad questions, would really appreciate help/direction to go (sort of new in this area)
