Node.js: How do I create a chat box to message back and forth with my phone SMS?

I want to create a chat box on my website that users can message into you and it goes to my phone SMS. And then I can reply to them real-time.back and forth while I'm.on my.phone while they are on the chat box on the website .

I am using node.js

Any help to point in the right direction with modules or anything - much appreciated !
