trying to install sharp module in node.js recieve node_gyp error

I'm issuing the following command

I have windows 10 64bit, python 2.7 installed,

I have environment variables of python is in the path.

PYTHON="c:\python27\python.exe"
PYTHONPATH=%PYTHONPATH%;C:\Python27
PYTHON_HOME=C:\Python27

I'm running the following command:

npm install sharp

and receive the following error
