How to work with kinvey flex sdk in Node JS?

I have a UI in which there are fields to update user name and passwords? And I have a back end call to a specific server which will authenticate it.

I need to connect the back end via kinvey flex sdk. I do not know how to go ahead with this idea. Any help would be appreciated.
