Accessing outlook calendar events for all the users in an organization

I am able to access events for a particular user after he logs in our app. But I would like to access events for all the app users in an organization if I have credentials for the outlook admin for the company. Or tell me another approach to do the same. Please reply with some sample code or useful documentation.
