I assume this has been asked before but I can't find it anywhere in my searching but I'm having an issue when I try to close my Node application. There is nothing seemingly fancy about it, it is just a Node server in the terminal but when I use Ctrl+C to stop it I get the terminal back but when looking in task manager it is still running. I have tested this in iTerm as well as the default Terminal with both having this issue. We also have developers on Windows and this is not an issue there, as well it's not an issue on our Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS) servers where we test.
Is this an issue exclusive to Mac? Is this something I have messed up? Any ideas on where I should begin to look to solve this?
