I have been until now using MongoDB-mongoose and passportjs for authentification in my nodejs app. I add some info in the Mongodb account/schemas to provide general options at login.
Now I am looking at moving to either GoogleCloud, and I am not sure of my strategy. My MongoDb is very small as you can guess, with little data. The main database is in Postgres.
I am under the feeling that I should move my passport strategy towards postgres - but because I don't use sequelize this annoys me a little. Maybe I should ?
Thus my question is: has anybody tried with datastore ? I cannot find any passportjs-datastore and I am wondering if it is because it does not work/nobody has done it/ it is to complicated.
Could any one advice me ? should I take the safest route and move to postgres and have everything in only one place ?
Thanks for any advice
