How many exe open an NWJS app

I am trying to make an app with NWjs for windows, but after I build the exe, and I run the app it is opening 4 exe's with the same name, I am not sure if this is the corret behaviour for that kind of apps.

The question that I have is if NWjs open 4 exe's each time that I open the app or if this is something that I can avoid by code?

I am using the version 0.12.0 of NWjs
